Who Can Apply?
This program invites applicants from across the globe, in undergraduate or graduate studies. The curriculum blends classroom modules, practical workshops, and field visits. Topics explored include leadership, intercultural dialogue, conflict resolution, social entrepreneurship, and public speaking.
Eligibility — International (Non-US)
- Undergraduates who have completed at least two years of higher education
- Graduate students interested in diplomacy, international development, or related fields
- Ages 20 to 25 at the program start
- Evidence of leadership or related activities
- No minimum GPA requirement
- One letter of recommendation from an academic advisor
- Valid international passport
- Preference for applicants who have never traveled to the U.S.

- Students enrolled in any U.S. university
- Undergraduate students with two years of university education
- Graduate students interested in international relations or allied fields
- Aged 20 to 25 when the program begins
Selection & Timeline
The committee begins reviewing international applications in February. Applicants will be notified via email by mid to late March.
